On Sat 10 May we marked Europe Day with a convivial evening at Selina & Guy’s. About 20 members attended, each bringing a European dish to share.
There was a delicious and wide range of European specialities, both savoury and sweet: Arancini (IT), Smørrebrød (DK), Oeufs Mimosa (FR), Salade Nicoise (FR) mousse au chocolat (FR), Insalata di ceci (IT), Chicken Marengo (ES), Savoury Clafoutis (FR), Poulet Basque (FR), Hazarensalade (NL), Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte (DE)
